Transformation Requires Empathy

I was working in a meditation course yesterday, where we were transforming soul substances and I had some insights into the process of transformation.

What I noticed was, first, that if we don’t feel safe, if we don’t perceive that we are surrounded by empathy, we will fight the transformation instead of allowing ourselves to become who we are meant to be.
